Biography
Mr. Tang has extensive experience in the areas of laws, accounting and corporate finance. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Postgraduate Certificate of Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2002 and 2003 respectively.
He holds a practicing certificate issued by the Law Society of Hong Kong and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Tang is also a licensed person registered under Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity.
He is the company secretary of Republic Healthcare Limited from 1 Dec 2021, whose shares are listed on GEM of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 8357). He is also the joint company secretary of AM GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED from 12 Sep 2023, whose shares are listed on Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 1849).
